Md. Oliullah Khan, FCS

Md Oliullah Khan FCS is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in Corporate Affairs, Legal, Board, Investment, Share, and External Stakeholder management. His career has been marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence, adaptability, and a strong dedication to corporate governance and compliance.

He currently serves as the Company Secretary and Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) of Green Delta Insurance PLC, one of Bangladesh’s leading insurance companies. In this role, he oversees board affairs, manages corporate governance, and ensures regulatory compliance. Additionally, he plays a strategic role in managing the company’s corporate and legal functions while maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders.

Mr. Khan’s journey at Green Delta Insurance began in May 2006, where he has held several leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President, FAVP, VP, EVP and Deputy Company Secretary. His responsibilities encompass drafting board minutes, preparing AGM and EGM agendas, managing Publicly Significant Information reports, and coordinating share transfers and dividend distributions. He maintains close collaboration with regulatory bodies like IDRA, BSEC, DSE, and CSE.

Mr. Khan holds an MBA in Finance from the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), an LLB from Prime University, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from National University. He is a Fellow Chartered Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) and holds a certification from The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK.

Known for his leadership, team-building skills, and the ability to handle complex corporate affairs, Mr. Khan excels in managing projects under pressure while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
