Saadman Jahangir Khan

Saadman is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning in the insurance and technology sector for around 9 years. He began his journey at KPMG Bangladesh and later held key HR roles at Green Delta Insurance PLC and Astha Life Insurance Company Limited. He then served as Culture and Talent Manager at Techforing Ltd. before joining Sunlife Insurance Company Limited as Human Resource Lead.

Saadman specializes in HR operations, organizational development, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and HRIS. He has a strong track record of strengthening workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and enhancing organizational adaptability through digital tools and modern HR practices.

He holds a BBA from North South University, having two separate majors on Human Resource Management as well as Marketing respectively. He is known for his people-first, data-informed, and technology-driven leadership style.
